Don't Get Rushed to Court!

Is It Better to Hire a Lawyer Who Focuses on Only One Area of Law?

In Judge Turner's service as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator, as well as in his own practice, he has observed that lawyers who practice in only one area of law, although technically "specialized," are often unable to employ strategies arising from knowledge of other legal disciplines. These "specialists" will likely lack the knowledge to resolve a criminal case hinging on real estate laws, and they likely lack criminal law experience when it is useful in personal injury matters.

Is It in Your Interest to Pay for Antagonistic Representation?

Judge Turner has also observed that, while there is certainly a need for assertiveness in representation, lawyers who overvalue aggression tend to alienate others involved in the courts, which does not best serve their clients. He believes that, together with assertive representation, it is important to maintain a flexible approach to best suit the needs of each individual who relies on him for assistance through the court process.

Judge Turner offers you a broad-based, creative approach not only to craft the most advantageous resolution for your circumstances, but also to relieve some of the stress and uncertainty you're dealing with. His unusual combination of an undergraduate education in social work, his practice experience in a range of diverse areas of law, and his knowledge enabling him to decide issues in a wide variety of matters on the appellate level have uniquely equipped Judge Turner to represent your interests by attending to all facets of your legal matters.
